This is a new meeting within the HEP offer for 2024/25, as a result of a request from Primary. We have planned all initial logistics using feedback from DSLs.

Here's how it will work

HEP has shared a proforma with primaries to complete, giving the names of children transferring to each specific secondary.
The primary DSLs will bring two copies of the completed form to the meeting, which will be signed by both primary and secondary DSLs, before handing over any paperwork. Each DSL will keep a copy of the signed proforma.
There will also be opportunity to have sensitive conversations regarding specific students.
