GHR Booklists

In this section you will find booklists linked to the Get Hounslow Reading project.

The lists include books from Reading for Pleasure and Contingent Talk starter packs to Charlotte Raby's book recommendations.

Where these lists can also be found on the GHR Padlets, we have included the links.

The following starter packs were carefully selected by Nikki Gamble of Just Imagine story centre. Each school joining the programme will receive a set of books for use during the sessions.

It is expected that teachers read and know these books intimately so that they can inspire and engage the pupils to develop their reading for pleasure practice.
