Autism Training
Autism affects how people communicate and interact with the world. There are approximately 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK.
Hannah Clements has worked within both mainstream and special educational school settings, training staff to enable them to provide teaching environments that allow pupils with Autism to thrive and achieve their potential. In addition, Hannah has worked with two local authorities to set up units for pupils with Autism.
Now an Assistant Headteacher at The Rise School for pupils with Autism, Hannah has implemented and embedded the model of School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support as a multi-tiered framework to achieve academic and social outcomes for all pupils.
